A service company that thinks like a product team.

We started in 2014 as a five-person contact center in Navi Mumbai, taking calls for two fintech clients who could not find a vendor who would actually answer the phone.

Three things became obvious quickly. First, that the standard for human-led service had collapsed across the industry. Second, that the tooling under most operations had not been thoughtfully built — it had been bolted together. And third, that those two problems were the same problem.

Today we run four practices — service, software, marketing, and platforms — under one operating standard. Senior teams, small footprints, ruthless attention to the boring parts.
